Cohorts

Cohorts are communities of learning and practice where leaders from communities across the region accompany one another through processes of discernment, design, and experimentation in emerging experiments in peace.

Within a cohort, leaders foster accountability and mutuality, benefit from one another's wisdom and contextual insights, and become part of a growing ecology of partners and shared resources.
